Mango Smoothie. I add a fresh mango (one or two if you like it stronger), soy or almond milk or milk, live culture yogurt, flaxseed oil, a pinch of nutmeg or cardamom. Mango has a subtle flavor and people often buy canned puree or slices. Frozen mango should be just as good, although I haven’t tried the seasonal mango yet.

Ingredients of Mango Smoothie

  • It’s 1 cup of chopped ripe mango.
  • It’s 1/2 cup of low fat milk.
  • It’s 1/2 cup of ice.
  • It’s 1/4 cup of plain low fat yogurt.
  • You need 1 tbsp of honey/sugar.
  • You need as needed of ice cubes (optional).

I prefer milk here, but you could use orange. How do you make a mango smoothie? Folks, it really doesn’t get any easier than that. Just put your mango, banana, yogurt, milk and lemon juice in the blender.

Mango smoothie instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in a blender. Blend it until smooth and frothy..
  • Serve chilled.

Fill the glasses, garnish to taste and serve. Remember, smoothies should be served right away, so plan accordingly. Whether it’s a refreshing breakfast drink or a fruity dessert, a smoothie is good at any time of the day. For me, mango smoothies are the best of the best. With a tropical taste and smooth texture, mangoes are the perfect fruit smoothie.
