  • It’s 2 tablespoons oil divided
  • It’s 2 cups broccoli
  • Prepare 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces
  • You need 4 cloves garlic minced
  • You need 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • It’s 1/4 cup water
  • It’s 1/4 cup honey
  • Prepare 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Prepare 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • You need salt and pepper to taste

Honey Garlic Chicken Stir Fry Step by Step

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet. Add broccoli and simmer for 4-5 minutes, until soft and caramelized. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add a tablespoon of the remaining oil. I cook two servings so that the chicken is crispy on the outside and caramelized. Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
