Ingredients of Slow-Cooker Beef & Broccoli

  • Prepare 1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • You need 1 c. low-sodium beef broth
  • Prepare 1/2 c. low-sodium soy sauce
  • It’s 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • It’s 3 tbsp. sesame oil
  • It’s 1 tbsp. sriracha
  • Prepare 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Prepare 3 green onions, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish
  • You need 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • You need 2 c. broccoli florets
  • Prepare Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • You need Cooked jasmine rice, for serving

Step by Step How To Make Slow-Cooker Beef & Broccoli

  1. Place steaks in a large slow cooker. Add the beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, sriracha, garlic, and spring onions.
  2. Cover and cook until the beef is tender and cooked for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
  3. When the steak is tender, add a few tablespoons of multicooker water to a bowl and drizzle with cornstarch. Pour into a slow cooker and stir until the meat is lumpy. Add broccoli, cover and cook for another 20 minutes.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions and serve over rice.
