  1. Preheat the oven to 350°. Heat over medium heat and melt butter in a large frying pan.
  2. Add garlic and simmer for 1 minute until fragrant. Add flour and simmer for 1 minute. Add milk and stir constantly to boil the mixture. Add cream cheese and parmesan cheese and boil for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Add lemon juice and parsley and taste with salt and pepper.
